Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Yaro Labs Picks (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Yaro Labs.

2. Description of Service

Yaro Labs Picks is a curated SaaS tool directory. It allows founders and makers to submit software products for inclusion, and allows users to browse, search, upvote, and review those products. Sign-in is provided via third-party OAuth providers (Google and GitHub).

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or duplicate listings
• Upvote manipulate or engage in artificial engagement
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
• Scrape or harvest data without our permission
• Transmit spam, malware, or any unlawful content

4. Submitted Content

When you submit a listing, review, or other content, you grant Yaro Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content as part of the Service. You retain ownership. You are responsible for ensuring your submission is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Accounts and Authentication

Creating an account requires signing in via Google or GitHub. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you sign in via Google or GitHub, your use of that sign-in method is also subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy policies.

6. Moderation

All submitted listings are subject to manual review. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing or content at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or quality standards.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or that the tools listed are of any particular quality. We are not affiliated with the tools listed unless explicitly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yaro Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
