Yaro Labs ("we", "us", "our") operates Yaro Labs Picks (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Service.

• OAuth profile data: When you sign in via Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address, avatar, and account identifier from that provider.
• Submitted listings: Tool names, descriptions, URLs, screenshots, and other content you submit for inclusion in the directory.
• Interactions: Upvotes, saves, and reviews you create on the platform.
• Usage data: Pages visited, actions taken, browser/device information, and analytics events collected via Vercel Analytics.

3. Information from Google or GitHub Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive basic account information made available by that provider. We use this information only to authenticate you, create or maintain your account, and operate the Service. We do not sell OAuth user data or use it to train machine learning models.

• Authenticate you and manage your account
• Display your submitted listings and activity (upvotes, saves, reviews)
• Moderate submitted content for quality and compliance
• Send transactional notifications (e.g. submission status updates)
• Analyse usage to improve the Service via Vercel Analytics

5. Storage and Infrastructure

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL database and file storage). The Service is hosted on Vercel. Both providers operate under their own security and data protection standards. Analytics are provided by Vercel Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers (Supabase, Vercel, Resend for email) that help us operate the Service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

8. Your Rights

9. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing submissions@yaro-labs.com. We may retain limited information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

If you connected via Google or GitHub, you can revoke our access at any time from that provider's account settings. Revoking access may disable account-dependent features until you reconnect.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly.
